We may pursue an initial business combination in any business or industry. However, we intend to focus our search on target businesses within the food production and agribusiness, primarily in protein, land cultivation, aqua culture, food cultivation, food production, food-tech, ag-tech, controlled environment agriculture, agriculture machinery and supply chain distribution, genetics and seed development and open field crops in the case of agribusiness. Our geographic focus will be the Latin America, with particular emphasis on Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Chile (ABCC) where we believe the expertise of our management team and Advisors will provide us with a competitive advantage in completing a successful initial business combination. Our selection process will leverage our network of industry, private equity, investment banking, credit and lending community relationships, as well as relationships with management teams of public and private companies, investment bankers, restructuring advisers, attorneys and accountants in Latin America which we believe should provide us with a number of high-quality business combination opportunities. We intend to maximize value creation by leveraging our expertise across the food and agriculture sectors throughout Latin America.
